Mary Kennedy – Community Co-Ordinator

Mary co-ordinates and delivers a calendar of community events that bring about social change and improves the quality of life for local residents.

Mary supports the local community partners and local networks to identify local priorities.

Mary then supports local communities to come together to respond to local issues in order to build a strong cohesive and prosperous community.

Anya Sanchez – Fundraiser

Anya is responsible for increasing the provision of funding to enable KRT to carry out objectives.

 

Anya raises funds from major trust and grant making organisations.

 

Anya develops and maintains positive relationships with current and potential funders.

Bradley Turner – Trainer

Bradley delivers ‘real time’ construction training to young people who are Not in Employment Education or Training (NEET).

 

Working on live contracts our trainers provide industry specific, on the job learning to young people in order that they are confident enough to achieve entry level qualifications, improve their confidence and self-esteem and take the next step into further training or employment.

Owen Howell – Trainer

Owen delivers ‘real time’ construction training to young people who are Not in Employment Education or Training (NEET).

Glenn Walters – Trainer

Glenn delivers ‘real time’ construction training to young people who are Not in Employment Education or Training (NEET).

Megan Daniels – Marketing Officer

Megan develops the KRT brand and ensures compliance across the organisation. Megan is currently responsible for moving all KRT learning onto a Learning Management System (LMS) and has developed the rebranded website.

 

Megan is responsible for KRT’s social media campaigns utilising all platforms to increase KRT’s brand awareness.

 

Megan is supporting KRT’s CEO and psychotherapist with the development of the Crisis Support text service for young people needing immediate intervention.

Carol Walters – Administrator

 Carol supports the smooth running of the training arm of the organisation. Deals with all customer queries, receives and directs visitors and organises office resources. Carol develops inhouse processes and policies in line with legislation.

Emily Dwyer – Assistant Manager

Emily supports the CEO in the smooth running of the organisation. Emily ensures financial reports are accurate and up to date. Emily supports the Board of Directors with their meetings and information sharing.

 

Emily provides day to day management of current services. Emily also supports the organisation in its employability study programmes.
