KNOWLEDGE, RELIABILITY, TRAINING

KRT is a registered charity (Kingstanding Regeneration Trust, no 1149785) whose purpose is to help young people aged 16 – 29 thrive in employment. Our programme is specifically for young people not in education, employment, or training. We provide accredited entry level qualifications, work experience and one-to-one support addressing the many barriers that prevent some NEET young people gaining jobs.

Young people gain work experience on real construction and gardening projects. Frequently those projects benefit the local community such as gardening for elderly residents or bringing vandalised parks back into community use.

KRT has successfully helped hundreds of young people into work, with over 70% of trainees finding sustainable work within 8 weeks of completing the course and 24% taking up further training opportunities.
